A page will be added to the GP Website with a listing of those GP members who
 have left us by means other than officially resigning from the group.  This
 could include reaped players, or those who mooicided without resigning.

The links to their names on gpbio.html will be moved to the "In Memoriam"
 page, preserving their individual bio pages.

Members who have officially resigned from the GP will not have links to their
 bio pages on any page of the GP Website.  Their individual pages will not be
 deleted, however, in case they ever decide to re-join the group.
