No More Elections for #90845

#90845 has once again asked that e be put into the GP voting booth for
 membership. GPer's have voted on this character many times in the past and
 always with the same result. Despite this seemingly inevitable outcome, this
 character continues to ask to be considered for membership. It is GP "law"
 that we must put this (and any other character that asks for admittance) up to
 a vote whether this is their first or fifty-first request. It is a waste of
 time (both voting and personal) for the current membership to continue voting
 on #90845. This petition asks that there be one final vote on #90845 and, if
 the outcome is once again denial of membership, that this character be no
 longer put into the voting booth.
