I think the new political power known as the GP was one of the best things
to happen to Lambda.  A formerly goofy roundtable of unemployed people
((thank you @boot!)) found a new niche, electing Loki and Moonflower to
the ARB and Reapers.  Will 1999 find them in the Registrars, too?  This
person thinks so.
